Journal of Comparative Law and International Affairs does not tolerate plagiarism in any form. All submissions are expected to be original, properly cited, and free from copied or unattributed material.
Submitted manuscripts may be screened with plagiarism detection tools, and any manuscript found to contain unethical overlap or misappropriated work may be rejected or withdrawn.
